About LLCbyMBM: Trusted PA Business Counsel

For over 30 years, MBM Law has counseled entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, and successful closely-held businesses. LLCbyMBM is not a website staffed by a foreign call center or technology company; rather, it is a streamlined digital tool developed by the local Pittsburgh attorneys of MBM Law to facilitate a quick and cost-efficient means for you to properly create a limited liability entity and start your business with the structural protection only a firm can provide.

Real Law Firm Protection (Not An Online Call Center)

The familiarity and confidence you gain with our firm, coupled with our opportunity to understand your business during the entity creation process, is an advantage you will not receive when dealing with national, non-attorney entity formation websites.

When you use an online form service, you run the risk of filing paperwork that doesn’t actually protect your personal assets or fit your tax strategy. With LLCbyMBM, an experienced startup attorney personally reviews and executes your documentation.

How Our Formation Process Works

We combine the seamless nature of online filing with the security of dedicated legal representation.

  1. Select & Sign: After selecting your specific business entity and package, you will review and accept our Terms and Conditions and electronically sign an Engagement Letter with MBM Law. This letter explicitly outlines the scope of your attorney-client relationship.
  2. Secure Intake: Once payment is submitted, our digital Intake Form secures all the vital information needed to draft your entity documentation. You will receive an immediate email copy of your submission for your records.
  3. Personal Consultation: Within one business day of submitting your intake details, an assistant from our local office will call you directly to verify your details, answer any immediate startup questions, and securely gather the remaining digits of your Social Security Number required for the official state filing.
  4. Active Tracking: Throughout the entire formation process, we send you direct email updates notifying you of your matter’s progress.
  5. Final Delivery: Within five (5) business days of MBM Law receiving the filed and approved Certificate of Organization or Certificate of Incorporation back from the Pennsylvania Department of State, your complete entity binder will be available via electronic download or sent directly to you via U.S. First Class Mail.

Forming a Business with Partners? Don't Leave Success to Chance.

For multi-person entities, choosing an entity type is only the first step. Our attorneys help you navigate and understand the critical internal issues that arise among business partners before they become costly disputes:

  • Exits & Transitions: What happens if a partner wants to leave the business?
  • Deadlocks: How are critical decisions made if an organizational tie occurs?
  • Growth & Scale: What is the mechanism for raising additional capital or handling hiring and firing authority?

We build these strategic protections directly into your entity organizational documents, giving your partnership clarity and peace of mind from day one.
