Our Process

LLCBYMBM.com is not a website staffed by a foreign call center or technology company. Rather, it is a tool created by the local attorneys of Maiello, Brungo & Maiello to help Pennsylvania entrepreneurs quickly and cost effectively create a limited liability entity for their business needs.

After selecting a specific entity and package, you will be required to review and accept the Terms and Conditions of the service to be provided and electronically sign an Engagement Letter with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello. The Engagement Letter sets forth the scope of the attorney-client relationship between you and the law firm. Once this has been completed and payment has been submitted, an Intake Form will appear, requesting all of the information necessary for the formation of your chosen entity. After the submission of the Intake Form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information provided in the Intake Form.

Within one business day from your submission of the Intake Form, an assistant from our office will call you directly to further discuss our law firm’s process as well as answer any questions you may have. The assistant will also request your personal social security number, as it is required for the filing. The assistant will first verify the last four digits of your social security number provided on the Intake Sheet before requesting the additional digits.

Throughout the formation process, we will send you e-mail updates notifying you of the progress of your matter.

The documents included in your selected package will be either mailed to you by U.S. First Class Mail or available for electronic download, whichever you prefer, within five (5) business days from Maiello, Brungo and Maiello’s receipt of the filed and approved Certificate of Organization and/or the Certificate of Incorporation from the Pennsylvania Department of State.
